$40 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking appointment to secure date & time of service which must be paid by end of business day.(please see cancellation policy). Unconfirmed appointments will remain open for the next client waiting. Remainder balance due at time of service. Last minute appointments scheduled with in 72 hrs require full payment to secure date & time.
Remote Sessions must be paid upon time of booking appointment.
Online Readings via email must be prepaid in full before receiving the Reading information.
Drugs and alcohol are prohibited. (prescription medication excluded)
I will not work or read anyone that is under the influence of drugs and alcohol (no exceptions).
Parent or guardian's written consent required for anyone under the age of 16 years old.
All sessions are offered for in person, remotely (Skype, zoom, etc) , or by phone is available for ONE person Readings ONLY and distant healing sessions for those located outside the RI area , with a disability, elderly , or have a transportation issue.
Recording of any session is not allowed at this time. Please bring pen & paper to take notes.
Readings booked for 1 person are for 1 person only. No one will be allowed in the session with you (small children and exception). 2 person readings must be scheduled as a 2 person reading. To avoid burn out I have a max # of hours per day/week that I do.
When purchasing a gift certificate please make sure the person is open to any of my services you are gifting them.
No Refunds/ Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds. All deposits are non refundable. Both payments & deposits will be honored as long as appointment is rescheduled within 48 hrs. Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hrs will be result in loss of deposit. Appointments rescheduled less than 12 hrs will will be charged/billed for the session.
All appointments rescheduled 24 hrs or greater will be able to reschedule up to 1 time before losing initial deposit/payment.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective & fair to all clients the following are honored:
A min. of 24 hrs advance notice by phone (401.332.1382) is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. This allows for someone to schedule an appointment .
If you give less than 24 hrs advance notice your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Greater than 24 hrs notice, deposit will be used towards rescheduling one time only.
12 hrs or less advance notice you will be billed/charged full payment for session which is due & must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to not inconvenience others whose appointment follows yours. Payment is still the same.
Please plan accordingly to arrive at least 10 minutes early of schedule especially if you are traveling out of state. This will allow for your session to begin on time.
Anyone who does not show for their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no show & will be charged/billed in full for missed appointment. This means the entire full session fee is due & must be paid before another appointment is scheduled. Consecutive no shows will result in no further appointments.
The person scheduling & paying for the session is the person who completes the session. The only excception is prior arrangements made before the session is paid for as a gift or a gift certificate is purchased.
